Code of Ethics

JOPEMA is one of the biggest companies in the Loss Adjustment area. The success acquired through these years of our activity in the insurance market is result of credibility of services done and personal talent of our partners.

This code expresses our ethical principles and leads our personal and professional conducts toward our colleagues, clients, suppliers and competitors. The fully understanding and the constant realization of its orientations reflect the compromise and dedication of each one of us and the warranty of a continuously success.

It's basic Ethic Principles that guide the personal and professional performance of Jopema's collaborators:

Primary Understanding

Collaborators are all that make part of the staff board of the company, partners, shareholders, directors and temporary workers that somehow help serving or attending Jopema's clients.
Clients are all people that work together with the companies to whom Jopema works for, as well as all their clients.


About the conducts in the work field

The personal and professional conducts towards our collaborators and clients, besides being mentioned in the Ethic Principles above, also disapprove any kind of pre-conceptual positioning, false testimony and information not obtained and related with facts and proofs.

JOPEMA's Collaborators keep the work environment organized, preserving the companies heritage as well as its clients, taking care of the execution of their work with quality and being in charge of it to make sure the result obtained is the best possible.

JOPEMA's Collaborators report to their superiors all acts or facts that might cause any damage to the interest or the heritage of JOPEMA, its clients and even themselves, including the physic and health of all. The superiors that receive such information take effective action in order to solve the pointed problems.

JOPEMA's services deeply involve the good care of the client's professional and personal information. The Collaborators work in their functions keeping strict secrecy of such information, even because they are aware of the policy taken by JOPEMA toward its clients, and its consequences.

Clearness in personal acts, as well as in the execution of all work delivered to the collaborators, is an obligation of extremely importance in our organization, seeing the trust in the work done for our clients depends on the Jopema and its collaborator's stability.

All Collaborators of Jopema keep themselves up to date regarding the instructions and Jopema's standards services as well as all its clients, helping spread all the contents of this Ethic Code.

The knowledge of this code and, above all, the fully understanding of its concepts and the effective constant practices of the ideology insert in it, are the basic requirements to get to the position of a Jopema collaborator.
